Club Policies

  • All players (junior OR adult) have to do an evaluation with Claudio before joining a class
  • Classes will be formed based on the following criteria: (1) First come, first serve (2) Space in each particular class that day & time (3) Levels of play (4) Personalities and compatibility within the group and (5) Court availability
  • Players will not be allowed to participate in a class until a registration form is filled out
  • Players will not be allowed to participate in a class until payment is made in full
  • A minimum of 3 players is required to form a class. If it’s only 1 or 2 players in a class, it qualifies as a private lesson/semi-private lesson session
  • The fee for a group class is $43 per class (1hour) x 14 week session
  • The private lesson fee is $110/hour. The semi-private lesson fee is $120/hour
  • Sibling and Spouse discount is $25/per session per player/per family
  • Open court time is $60/hour for all customers. (10% resident discount is only applicable to Greenburgh residents Monday-Friday 8am-3pm only with proof of residence (Note: Discount not applicable to seasonal courts, junior program, or adult clinics – no exceptions.)
  • A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required for ALL players that rent a court. Those who do not show up or fail to provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged the full amount for the time that was reserved.
  • Booking a seasonal court requires filling out a contract and commitment for 30/31 consecutive weeks
  • There are no discounts or negotiating the fees. All prices are final
  • Due to limited space, there are NO refunds, credits, or make-ups for missed classes or seasonal courts
  • In case of inclement weather (snow) or power outage (electrical), Greenburgh Indoor Tennis will cancel the class and/or seasonal court and contact each player directly via call/email/or website update. Make-ups or credits will be given then and discussed on a per case basis
  • A player choosing not to come to class or a seasonal court when the club is open and classes and seasonal courts are held - does not qualify for a refund, credit or make-up
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis and Rumbrook Park East are NOT responsible for any injuries sustained on the tennis courts and surrounding premises outside the bubble
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis staff and Rumbrook Park East are NOT responsible for the loss of any personal property on the tennis courts and surrounding premises outside the bubble
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis staff reserve the right to use video and/or pictures of junior, adult, and senior players for publicity, advertising, and social media (Note: Players full names will NEVER be used)
  • As a courtesy to all players, guests, and staff, we ask everyone to wait quietly and patiently behind the green curtain waiting area. Please do not walk on the court until 1 minute before your designated starting time.
  • Proper tennis attire and footwear/tennis sneakers will be expected for all customers
  • All players are responsible for bringing their own racket(s)
  • All players are responsible for bringing their own beverage(s). ONLY water is allowed on the courts
  • There is no food, snacks, candy, gum, juices, Gatorade or coffee allowed on the tennis courts
  • No pets allowed
  • All players must keep courts and surrounding premises clean at all times
  • All junior players must stay inside the tennis court facility during their scheduled class times
  • In case there is a need to use the restroom or to leave the courts for personal reasons, junior players MUST do so before or after class and must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis staff members are not responsible for the supervision of junior players off the tennis courts or when the class is done
  • All junior players must check out with a Greenburgh Indoor Tennis staff member when getting picked up by a parent and/or guardian
  • Conduct within the tennis court facility and clubhouse trailer/lounge area should always be in good sportsmanship and respect off and on the court
