  • Due to demand and limited space during the indoor season, there are no refunds, credits, or make-ups if and when a player has to self-quarantine for a specific amount of time.
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis is a very small facility and it does not have the space or scheduling flexibility that other bigger clubs do to accommodate makeup requests.
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis only has 2 tennis courts, all classes are at full capacity once the season starts, and there are certain amount of staff coaches that teach each class making it impossible to do makeups or keep track whenever someone has to miss a class due to personal scheduling conflicts and/or quarantine.
  • A credit will ONLY be offered in the event of:
    • (a) A serious long term injury or illness (5-14 weeks) - with proof of a doctor's letter and any other specific documentation related to the matter
    • (b) The club is closed indefinitely by local/state/or federal government officials due to another COVID pandemic shutdown

  • In case of inclement weather (snow) and/or if there is a power outage (electrical), Greenburgh Indoor Tennis will cancel the classes that day and contact each player directly via email, phone, and/or by website update. A credit and/or makeup class can be accommodated at the end of the indoor season if possible (depending on court logistics) and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Greenburgh Indoor Tennis does not follow the same snow cancellation policies that the various local school districts or municipalities do so please be mindful of that. A player choosing not to come to tennis class when the Greenburgh Indoor Tennis facility is open and regularly scheduled tennis classes are being held at Greenburgh Indoor Tennis that day - does not qualify for a refund, credit or make-up.
