Hello everyone,
I hope you are having a nice summer.
For those of you not familiar with our facility and our operations, please note that our club only has 2 tennis courts and our programs are in extreme demand every year. Please keep in mind we have hundreds of loyal customers that are already grandfathered in the program and enrolled for the upcoming season so I will do my best to try to get many of you into our program as well.
Our facility is located inside Rumbrook Park East on the White Plains/Ardsley line which I know some of you might know from driving through the park or the general neighborhood via Dobbs Ferry Road. And some of you might know us from seeing our bubble structure from the Sprain Parkway. The GIT facility is covered by a brand new state of the art indoor tennis dome/climate controlled tennis bubble which allows for indoor tennis play during the fall/winter/and spring months.
As a small business, we are entering our 5th year of operations and are very excited about the upcoming season. Our reputation for the highest quality tennis programming is renowned throughout the greater Westchester community especially by all of our current customers that have been a part of our facility over the years. That said, I'm pleased to announce that we will be hosting our annual pre-season open house/evaluation day for new junior and adult players on Saturday, September 25, 2021 @ 9am-6pm so don't miss out! This unique email invitation is being sent to you only so don't miss out. RSVP is done on a first come, first serve basis as we have hundreds of new potential players (juniors and adults alike) looking to come out that day so please get back to me when you can.
Below is the schedule breakdown for Saturday 9/25:
In order to accommodate the large number of players of all ages and levels, we have allocated specific times for juniors and adults. This will allow myself & our staff to logistically prepare for that day so we appreciate your understanding.
9-11AM
Juniors only
Kids that are 5-9 years old
Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, & 3rd grade only

Evaluations will take appx 20-30 minutes. We will try to do them in 30 minutes intervals if possible (example 9am, 930am, 10am, 1030am, etc) so please come prepared to spend that actual amount of time in order to make the evaluation as efficient & as informative as possible for all parties involved. My staff and I will provide all the necessary info and FAQS about our programs in person which will give you the specific answers that you are looking for.
If you plan on attending, please bring your racket(s) if you have one. If you don't have a racket, not to worry as I will have rackets for you to borrow if need be.
Those players that will be participating in the actual evaluation, must wear the proper tennis/sports attire e.g. shorts or sweatpants, t-shirt and actual sneakers in order to provide the most efficient and appropriate evaluation for all parties involved. Please do not come in dress pants, khakis, jeans, dresses, sweaters or any type of dress shoes to the evaluation. Family and guests not participating in the actual evaluation can wear whatever they want.
Masks are mandatory for everyone at all times - players participating, family, guests, and coaches.
